Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Black Belt Professor Mike Fowler gave an awesome workshop at UMA in March. Mike Fowler is the 3rd fastest American on record to receive his Black Belt. During his workshop, he spoke a lot about utilizing leverage. We loved his ability to clearly articulate and explain concepts. All our students found the seminar incredibly helpful!
